Exploria Resorts Promotion Terms and Conditions:

Guests who fail to meet the qualifications listed below will not check-in at the resort and will forfeit the package price paid.

1. All Guests must attend a Sales Presentation lasting approximately 120 minutes.
2. Guests must be legally able to execute a contract and be gainfully employed or happily retired, and cannot be furloughed.
3. Married, engaged, co-habiting, or otherwise similarly committed couples, traveling together, must be over the age of 25 years old and under 76 years old. Both persons must attend and complete the sales presentation at the Developer's Preview Center.
4. Proof of the same residence will be required (i.e. driver's license, bills, checkbooks, statements with the same address). The date and time of the presentation of the tour will be determined by the Developer. Under no circumstances will the tour date be on the check-in day or check-out day.
5. Guests with a divorce pending are not qualified.
6. All married or cohabiting guests must have a minimum combined annual household income of $50,000 to qualify for a presentation and/or gift. Cohabiting partners will require both driver’s license addresses, or bring utility bills to be the same.
7. Singles must be between 25 years old and under 76 years old and be a homeowner.
8. All Travelers must read, understand, and speak English fluently.
9. Guests traveling with family and/or friends are eligible to tour together or separately based on the Director of Sales’ discretion.
10. Must be the owner of a valid and active major credit card with a Visa/ MasterCard/ American Express/ Discover logo (NO DEBIT or PREPAID CARDS are accepted). The Credit Card must be shown at the time of tour presentation with a valid form of photo I.D. (Driver’s License or Passport) Must be creditworthy (no bankruptcies, foreclosures, or liens in the past four (4) years) nor may they be refinancing or purchasing a new home at the time of presentation.
11. International Travelers are accepted, EXCEPT for the Following Countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, India, Uruguay, and Venezuela, unless they are a Legal Permanent Resident of the United States. (U.S. Resident with a current Green Card). TRAVELERS LIVING in the States with any temporary Visa (i.e. Work, Student, Investment, or other similar) won’t be accepted; All Travelers must not be full-time or part-time students.
12. All Travelers may not have attended a tour and sales presentation at any of the Developer's properties within the past 12 months, regardless of how they traveled.
13. Travelers/families/friends cannot combine this vacation package with another vacation package or timeshare/vacation club promotion in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville Tennessee.
14. Non-qualified tours will be charged the full rack rate of the hotel at the time of check-in.
15. This vacation package is not refundable but can be rescheduled within a year from the date of purchase.
16. No refunds for early departures.

Terms & Conditions

No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same villa. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. Failure to attend the sales presentation or failure to qualify for this promotion will result in a charge to your credit or check card of $375 as a penalty fee. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled once upon 72-hour advance notice and subject to a rescheduling fee. If you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid "no show" charges. Failure to give 72-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, let us know 72 hours before this confirmed arrival date. Based on availability, we will be happy to help you select other travel dates within the next 12 months No refunds for early departures. Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

OUR SERVICES ARE LIMITED TO MAKING THE RESERVATION ON THE HOTEL OR RESORT YOU SELECT, PAYING FOR SUCH ACCOMMODATIONS, AND (IF INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE) PAYING FOR INCENTIVES SELECTED IN THE RESERVATION FORM. ALL INCIDENTALS AND HOTEL/RESORT FEES ARE THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY. TAXES ARE THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS INDICATED IN THE PRICE DISCLOSURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTUAL FULFILLMENT OF THE SERVICES FROM NEITHER THE HOTEL NOR THE RESORT SELECTED, AND ANY COMPLAINTS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED DIRECTLY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER (HOTEL OR RESORT'S FRONT DESK).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications outlined in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged a $375 penalty fee to their credit card. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you agree to this policy.
